about
This blog is to support the bidding process, and eventually the programme, RepRODUCE.
Your programme managers for the moment are Lou McGill and David Kernohan, you can find our contact details on the JISC webpages.
On this blog we hope to answer definitively some of the frequently asked questions regarding this call. But we’ve not tried this before so we fully intend to see how this blog develops and how (or where) the community develops.
Ask questions! Enjoy!
And good luck with your bids.

I have a question about the eligibility criteria.
Can the materials that are repurposed be used by students outside of our Institution (not HEFCE funded at all) and our students at the university? Or is the funding only to provide the materials for students in HEFCE funded universities? Will this affect eligibility?
Also can we apply if we have already started a re-purposing project with partners who are external to our institution (project started in May 2007)?
Would we still be eligible if we have received other funding for it (but now are realising that for the development and time spent it is just seed funding and more would be needed)?
Thanks,
Diane
Hi Diana - provided HEFCE-funded students are benefiting, it doesn’t matter who else does as well!
No problems with applying with a project that has already got some external funding, but make sure that the two funder’s aims are compatible or you’ll find yourself doing far too much work!
